i really miss being a goth. lowk i wish I was a girl though because i find it really hard dressing alternative without like skirts and dresses and layering like that. i know boys can wear skirts but personally i don't like it.
honestly i think one of the main problems with self-expression today is that there's no new alternative. there's no main scene that hasn't already been done with alt music and clothes. experimenting seems a lot less accessible, but there are ofc people who are making up for that.Β
and i love those people!Β

do you like baggy pants? I feel like they give off a similar vibe to skirts, unless you like the formal vibes of some skirts, then tailored pants that you alter to look more alternative would work.
I only dress gothic when I feel like it now, and I realized it's a lot easier to wear a simple outfit and focus more on accessories than to wear more experimental clothes. Accessories are also way easier to make yourself.

i'm always looking for new things and i wear the same pair like every day .. gulp... i have a good friend who's really good at altering jeans to look sorta flared and then he paints on top of the pockets and stuff!! love that guy
