anyway.. let me just say this. bl/gl is so blasted everywhere.
i hate seeing it. i hate turning every corner and seeing someone fantasizing about yaoi. i hate seeing happy gay relationship videos full of comments saying “YAOI YAOI YAYYY YAOI”… its so annoying and i really cannot be the only one to think this
maybe i’m just biased because i hate romance in general, but i firmly believe that it shouldn’t be so blasted everywhere. i saw someone showing their SEVEN YEAR OLD SISTER yaoi fanfics.. the freaky type ones, too. is that not wrong asf?????
TL;DR : bl/gl is too blasted and I HATE IT!!!

Okay, I myself also feel annoyed when I come across comments like that. I don't hate LGBT people and don't care if they are gay or lesbian, but seeing them keep discussing it in the comments of videos when they aren't discussing ship or anything, it's annoying. When there are two female friends, they will call it "yuri" even though it's just two girls who get along. And for the fujoshi, they are actually gross. Like wtf, why do you guys fetishize gay or lesbian people, it's so unreasonable and disgusting. Because of them, LGBT people are seen as bad, even though it is the fault of people who like to comment "yaoi" or "yuri" in video comments carelessly. So yes, comments like that are really disturbing and annoying. I'm starting to feel sorry for the real LGBT people, because they are treated like a fetish.
Like when they comment "the closet is glass" under a video of two friends being the slightest bit affectionate with each other smh

it's like if we just comment on every straight people posts saying "OHHH STRAIGHT LOVE" "STRAIGHT". i mean its not only the "yaoi/yuri" bs, its just that EVERYONE wants to give a category to gay love. i mean i'm not gay, but i would be pissed off if everyone would be saying "ohh, gay love this.." or "gay love that". IT'S LOVE AND IT SHOULD'NT HAVE CATEGORIES lol.
no i fully agree its so annoying that LGBTQ people get treated this way as yuri/yaoi gets so shoved down our throats.. its gross and it pisses me off

Idc if people are into it personally but when they see gay people as nothing more than a category it icks me out SO BADDDD. Like you said, real gay people shouldn't have yaoi spammed in the comments. A huge chunk of the time it just reeks of fetishization, at least the fanbases of that kinda stuff.
