Hey so why are we so fucking odd

It doesn't take a genius to see that everything's fucked up right now, so while I still can and feel like it I just want to put this out there.

Can we ALL just shut the hell up and realize how weird some of us in this space are?!

Some people on this site are defending literal pedophiIic material and because it's "just fiction" they say it's okay?

Some people on this site are encouraging others to kiII themselves??

Some people on this site are actual pedophiles???

Some people on this site have been doxxed????

And half of the platform is screaming about "posers" who are only there because of tiktok to customize their profiles and then never touch the site again.

Now I'll admit that I've said MANY times that telling people "This is such a non issue" is HELLA annoying, and I still stand by that. And I'm not as active on here as I used to be.

But oh my gosh, if all you're gonna complain about on this platform is the amount of posers you're the bigger poser for constantly worrying about them!

Now I'll admit I think that it's kinda annoying that people only come on here because it was trendy on tiktok and then dip, but if that's the ONLY thing you talk about???

Seriously the type of people who are ALWAYS on the asses of "posers" are more poser than they are! They're the type of people to always stress about being niche and cool or whatever and then jump on people who aren't "niche enough" for their tastes.

Okay what I actually wanted to talk about is just how many weirdos there are here-

Yeah that was the MAIN point of this, but I kinda got off track bcs those people annoy me soz!

But like it's strange because it's always these "small, indie, niche" communities that house these kinds of freaks! It's because they're under the radar!

I mean if you asked some rando outside if they knew what SpaceHey was then I'm pretty sure they'd ask you what the hell you want.

And that's exactly what those people want.

They want a place where they can fly under the radar to do their nasty shit or something!

It's so sad too because all the normal people in almost ANY community can be ruined by a few bad actors.

I love SpaceHey and the Indie Web but oh my god I've only seen a few bad actors do things in front of me and it's kind of ruined going through some sites.

I don't want to look through a cool website or through someone's blog and then immediately lose interest because holy shit that's a swastika and that's a drawing of a child in a not so PG situation.

Sorry for such the moodswing post, I randomly grew a small brain at 3 AM!

Now anywho, it's very late for me and if I don't listen to my mom and go to bed then Santa won't get me anything!!!!

So anyways, drink water, eat some holliday snacks, bundle up, don't use AI it sucks, and tell someone you care about them. You never know if they need it!
