Avatar 3 is a good movie

I recently watched Avatar: Fire & Ash and I definitely enjoyed it more than the 2nd movie.

Even though sick, I sat there in the cinema like I was a movie critic. There were some things I didn't like, like Spider turning into (kind of) one of the Na'vi but at the same time we needed that scene and plot line not only for us to understand how Spider did indeed grew up on Pandora and cannot identify himself with actual humans, but also to understand the connection Kiri has with Eywa. Also that they showed how Eywa looked like-

What do you mean that's Eywa? A very light human yet Na'vi looking thing?

To be fair, I enjoy the world building of this alien moon more than the actual storyline, also they are in the middle of war so I get to see Bang Bang. :)

In genral, good movie if you enjoy the avatar series. For now my movie ranking is:

  1. 1. Avatar (2009)
  1. 2. Avatar: Fire & Ash
  1. 3. Avatar: The Way Of Water

I liked it. Anyone else enjoying the Avatar world?

still

Aaay another Avatar fan in the wild- Well I am glad that you enjoyed the movie, so did I BUT
I personally wouldn’t say it was better than the 2nd.
Maybe if I rewatched the 2nd my opinion would change but lets talk about the third now.
Everything they presented, I was impressed by it. Like always. Beautiful world building, visuals and sound effects. And as much as I don’t mind Cameron’s repetitive colonisers vs natives story, Quadritch (sorry if I spelled that wrong) became a big question mark for the writers as I saw it. In his last fight “what now? “ line was funny, but truly… WHAT NOW?? His character was headed to a new way but they just built walls around him. After the midpoint the story started to have this rushed pace. The pacing lowkey killed this movie for me. Many scenes with emotional values got less screen time than it deserved… We got this beautiful build up, but they rushed the ending. The biggest problem I have with all of this, that the character deaths were INCOMPLETE. They were not closed down as it should’ve been. Ronal? My beautiful baddie tsahik? She deserved a proper mourning scene. It felt off to see the characters be all jolly after so many of their family members got massacred. Anyway… that was a big problem for me. But I enjoyed the movie, Varang was really well introduced and I am looking forward to see how they will continue this franchise. But if Cameron will give it away to someone else- Avatar eill be dead thats for sure. Thanks for letting me yap lol if ya wanna talk more movies- I am always up to those convos xdd
