I saw a video from "dollcrds" explaining for begginers how to desing a basic layout, so i thought id share as i know many of you (like me) are new to this.

in a more general sense it can be useful to know the syntax of css and html and how it affects the elements on the page.
the site below offers css and html web dev tutorials from the ground up

afterwards/once you can do some basic stuff, you just go into inspect element and figure out the names of everything on the page
then u can do pretty much anything you want without needing tutorials
