Im new guys omg help aide ayuda

I dont really know how this web works but ig i will eventually figure out things lol. For now i reaaallyyyyy want to make my porfile layout pretty yk, ig i will temporally copy some of the free layouts, but id love to learn basic coding to make my own, guys if you got any tips dont gatekeep.
