Thoughts on the return of physical media!

Probably many people have recently seen videos on instagram or tik tok about this supposed "return" of the old physical media that should be used on January 1 2026.
I already have my opinion but honestly, since I heard abt it I always wondered what other people thought and if they were aware of it too.
I'd love to hear all your opinions, SOOO don't be shy!

Second of all, it will help me get out of my scrolling addiction.
I doubt that this will be a 180 degrees turn, that everyone will switch to old tech. BUT its a nice movement to help people with their screentime. I mean- it is proven that it.is.not.good.for.us!! And also, its lowkey helping with boycotting big companies like Spotify, which is a piece of shi-
