HELP IDK HOW TO MAKE STAMPS OR POST IT.

HEYY so basically I feel really stupid because I've been trying to make a stamp but I like can not figure it out and also I can't share a layout please can someone make a tutorial or find a good tutorial for beginners. because I mean I kinda made a stamp but like it looks ass and I need help like deadbooty I'm using this site rn its called EZ gif but the thing is the image im using is not a gif. atp im just a dumbass. uhh but idk I tried making I mean like its..kinda good? uhh but if you got any tips please tell me bc bro I have no idea how to do this. and if I figure out how to do it I will tell you.
