Fins Above: A Chance

Most on here don't know that I am an author, but hi, yes, I am an author and have been for over 2 years now. I have recent work, but the one I wanted to talk about today is the most recent entry in the Fins Above series; FA: A Chance.

Creatures called mimics have evolved beside humanity for hundreds of years. Until now, there have only been 6 known mimic subspecies to walk the earth they call home, but the unfurling of books connected to each species will broadcast to the entire world that their battles for equality are conjoined as one. New alliances, familiar faces, and a coming revolution threatens to disrupt their very culture.

During the wetland season, Seiche becomes a permanent seer to the Fins’Above. Though, when she had thought her excessive visions would lapse, she is startled by the newest pooling intrusion of coral, skulls, and lasting golden ichor from a place she had not been in cycles. Her curiousity will get the better of her, and she will travel to that place with only one thing on her mind – the Forever Coral.

In this book, the main theme is LOSS. If any mention or description of sexual violence, gore, death, teen pregnancy, and abuse isn't your yum, don't read - repost!
