Honestly it’s kinda crazy no matter what ya wanna get into, or how you wanna dress, ESPECIALLY if ya just starting off alone and trying to go out of your way to find people who are doing the same thing as you or trying to find a community to get into that’s got similar stuff to what you like as a hobby or are passionate about, there’s always the people who ya try to be friendly with who are actively trying to be ya opp or are on some secret fuck you shit, it’s not always like this, but Deadass, that’s how it felt like for me in HighSchool I’m like damn near 24 now and I still experience the same shit from time to time, it’s either the first people I meet out of a group of people or it’s some random online, even in discords I tried to get into it was some secret fuck you shit and being the most random encounters of it too😂
Honestly, I just keep to myself now & do my own thing, if everyone else wants to try to act like I’m their competition, that’s cool, I don’t pay it any mind, they can think what they want and I’ll just still be doing what I do best and everyone else can see it when they see it

It seems to happen in nearly all circles. At the end of the day we are humans and like any monkey we establish pecking orders in any community. Anyone who challenges that pecking order will be ostracized by those who are not confident in their position in that community.
Nah yeah I’d have to agree, it’s cool to be apart of something, until you realise that most cliques and communities are like monarchies
everyone hates to see some change unless it’s a guarantee they won’t lose status out of it or shit like that, or it’s a contest to be the most liked out of the whole thing, it’s really useless unless you find friends ya rock with, that’s the only real bonus to being apart of anything like that
