I've read a few blog posts on here and almost all of them are doomer central, like, why have half of you just given up on peaceful living and kindness because of some theory that "violence and discourse is human nature", NO TF IT'S NOT??? Historically hatred and political hatred have been used to control people for power, almost exclusively by the greedy, NOT the general public. How fucking miserable do you have to be to think kindness is a fruitless endeavour?
Being nice makes you feel good, we chase good feelings, thus leading you to be nice again. That WELL KNOWN behaviour practically defeats any argument that "Hatred is human nature."
I'm angry about this.

im relatively religious and yes... violence is human nature especially if we evolved from aninals considering the predator/prey relationship...
looking at it from a nonevolutionary stand point, its common for many humans to feel like that as some people in general are just more peaceful than others
