ai sucks, and you arent cool 4 using it.

dont get me wrong, i know a lot of websites and apps use artificial intelligence for algorithms. thats not entirely what im talking abt. im moreso saying that if you use generative ai, you are lame.

its weird how attached people are to it, and im actually a little surprised.

the same people that always say that "oh i dont like ___ because its new" or some weird smack about how the government is listening are the people who jumped onto the ai bandwagon because of ai "art."

WHICH IS SO MUCH WORSE???

ai art is an extremely damaging thing to artists. art has the most human thing you can do -- create. the people doing this dont even know how their little "art" works. several people feed SEVERALLLL pieces of art to the ai, showing the robots exactly what they want. and then the ai looks at every piece, gets some prompt, and throws it up onto your screen. then you claim its your work.

you arent making anything.

you are ripping time and energy out of someones work, that took YEARS of practice.

people are getting very lazy...

i hate how its gotten to the point that my teachers are ok with it. they just hope you know enough to talk about it. my art teacher even point blank tells us to use ai to generate names for our pieces, or to generate ideas for what to make.

why are people so okay with giving up on using our BRAINS? we are unique in the fact that we are aware. we learn. we CAN think. why dont we?

why do we throw everything to a machine?
