Hi spacehey people!
It's late at night and as usual I have a horrible sleep schedule... In fact I slept through all of daylight today lolz :P This time I did blue clown makeup to match my hair! Oh you wanted to see the pictures first and don't wanna read what I wrote? Just wait hold on a second- I'm running a bit of an experiment here. Have same patience damn-
My last blog with selfies got on the top blog page! Awesome sauce right? Well after getting a tsunami of comments, I stopped checking the blog like.. at all... Listennnn I'm an anxious person and I got really overwhelmed- Obviously I'm grateful to everyone leaving nice comments, people are really kind and sweet and I really appreciate all the compliments! Thank you again to all the sweet comments >w< <3 !!ย
However... occasionally, there's this tugging feeling in my gut. Maybe it's some sort of instinct or something I've instilled into myself through experience in my teen years. I get the feeling that a lot of the time, people like just the *idea* of me because of how I do my hair and makeup, and not actually me.
I post a lot of blogs actually and a lot of bulletins too! I love spacehey, I'm honestly a little addicted to this place :P I post art and my ocs and about coding and about things I'm watching whether it's pokemon or jurassic park. Occasionally I post political rants too. And out of all of this content I produce, my face is the one thing that consistently gets the most interaction. I'm fairly sure my cyber glacier blog is the only exception to this lol. Which is not to say I could be off worse- at least I'm not in high school getting bullied for my looks anymore. But I still don't like the idea that people only admire me when I'm not talking and just sitting there looking pretty.ย
Even worse is when people assume I'm not as woke as I am? I'll let you know first hand I'm a woke ass pansexual aroace nonbinary furry, I use they/them pronouns. I'm the queer-ler, the woker, if you will...ย
Anyway I won't rant more but I DO want to see how much I can distract people with my face. Oh and pics were taken with laptop cam, my hair is teased not styled, I use imgbb to host images to post and I have a makeup tut on my youtube. Let's see who reads what I have to say.

That's a very very valid feelings and i def get that, i feel that way a lot too, i feel like people hold me to such high standards and then villainize me as soon as i open up about things

exactlyy it's like they put u in a box solely based off looks and when you dont fit in they angry about it :C it ties in so much with bigotry too and it's even worse when they assume negatively from the get go as well TwT and thank you btw i appreciate it ^w^ <3 !!

I think that this is a problem that happens to a lot people who are attractive. Where the algorithm will only boost them when they show pictures of themselves. Its pretty upsetting I assume, I hope that your blogs without pictures will be boosted more in the future! xx
