so I'm lesbian, and i have no real physical or sexual attraction towards men. i haven't come out to anyone yet—but i feel everyone basically know atp. ANYWAYS. theres this boys who reallllllyyyy likes me and he writes letters to me and gives me small giftz nothing tooooo fancy! but i don't like him! I can't tell him i like girls bc he'll tell his friend group then his friend group will tell other ppl then everyone will know AND I GO TO A CATHOLIC SCHOOL. How do i tell him I'm not interested, I've tried saying it straight up... but ig he's not convinced

if you dont wanna come out, just say that you dont really feel anything. say you appreciate that he does all of this for you, but you just can't really reciprocate, and that you didn't say it earlier because you were too afraid to say it considering the amount of gifts he told you, and apologize for not saying earlier. don't lie - just omit the fact you don't really like boys

Its fine to express yourself as is, it depends on where you live and usually people will accept you. I go to a Private Catholic School and you'd be surprised how many LGBTQ people are in it. Dont be afraid to tell people, thats you — but do it when youre most comfortable or you trust them enough to tell them.
As for the fella, talk it out with him or if he cant take no as an answer, then avoid him (if necessary) or show no interest what so ever.
have most of my classes with him so it's pretty hard avoiding him
