My lack of wardrobe is LIMITING MY SELF-EXPRESSION AGHHHSHS

It seems that it's become a trend for me to write blog posts during school...is that bad? I'm not missing anything though, I only really start wandering on this site during rare time slots where nothing's going on in class. Anyway, what is the purpose of this post?

Clearly, there isn't one. This is just gonna be me spewing my train of thoughts in the............[looking at the clock] 36! minutes of economics class I have left.

Right now I'm listening to "Nails for Breakfast, Tacks for Snacks – Live in Denver" by Panic! At The Disco

i love this image oh my GOSH

So, lately, I've been in a bit of a P!ATD craze (As I am with most cool things I discover) and their first album in 2005–AFYCSO–is just so GOOD !1!1!1 This is definitely on my top 5 music albums of all time I YEARN TO BUY THE PHYSICAL VERSION AGHHGGGSSD. There have been very few instances where I end up enjoying all the songs on one album; usually, there'll be 1 2 or 3 songs I don't like as much as the others so I don't add them to my playlist...but this ALBUM!! Every song is so good, it's hard picking a favorite.

The band's whole vibe from 2005-2009 has sparked some sort of awakening in me....an emo awakening. oKAY well I don't like giving things an exact term because I feel like labels are really constricting. Like, what is emo? How do we decide what is considered emo or not? Maybe it's an alternative awakening? Or does that just mean the same thing? IT'S WEIRDDD So I'm just calling this event "The Awakening of the Continued Development of the Kenny Aesthetic" or (TAotCDotKA for short).

Personally, I've always dressed differently from my peers. You see, the school I go to is full of economically privileged teens with mansions and summer homes. Obviously, that's not a completely bad thing. HoWEVER, I feel like because they all come from similar socioeconomic backgrounds, they all, collectively, tend to show up in the same get-up: Sweatpants, plain, single-colored hoodies, same adidas shoes. They even TALK about the same things. Now, I'm not saying that everyone should start wearing heavy black eyeliner or dye their hair a color that's not blonde, but it's not possible that EVERYONE just has the exact same wardrobe, that their tastes are all the same. There's gotta be an odd one out...AND THERE ARE !! (we're in the minority though..)

I LOVE expressing myself with what I'm wearing. My usual dress is a graphic tee with jeans (can't be ripped bcuz dress code -_-), black eyeliner and lots of star accessories.. I also dyed my hair a cherry red a couple of months back and I LOVED IT!! I was scared, of course but it turned out really cool !! Although I do have my own style, my wardrobe is VERYY limited (I have two pairs of jeans and about 3 or 4 shirts in my closet). There are so many outfits and accessories I BADLY want to try and so many alternative makeup inspos I want to follow. The possibilities would be endless if I had the FUNDSSSSS for these kind of things.

And I know you're typing "Well, why don't you just get a job and stop whining?". YOU THINK I HAVEN'T TRIED THAT? I'm not getting hired ANYWHERE !1!1 >:C Not sure if it's because my only experience is volunteer work or if the hours I'm asking for (3:00pm to 10:00pm) are just so undesirable (Or is the problem just the U.S of A?). It is so SO important for me to get a job ASAP not only so I could help my family pay 4 stuff but so I don't have to ask for money (I refuse to) for things I want (like more clothes or albums)

So, what's the conclusion here? I need a job. That's the conclusion.
