I chose to delete these social media platforms

In my experience, i think Facebook and Tiktok is two social media platforms that attracted me the most. More than other social medias like Tumblr, Snapchat, X,... It was hard for me to stop surfing the internet because of these two platforms, and because many people use Facebook in Vietnam, so its important to have Facebook on our smartphones.

But today, I chose to delete these two platforms. I want to focus on studying and improving myself. Its a hard decision.
