Monster : The Jeffrey Dahmer Story

This series was painful to watch, i couldn't even finish it. It feels like it was to be a documentary but to produce it like a drama series and not a representation of a man that was a convicted murderer and sex offender was just sick. i know a lot of people have already talked about this, because of it being made in 2022 but i just needed to say this. and to bring a religion an even more horrible reputation? Dahmer only found a religion when he was imprisoned. to have the satanic bible in a few of the shots, indirectly saying he followed this religion and that the LaVey church supported his actions is horrible. Quoted from Anton LaVey's "eleven satanic rules of the earth", "do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food." this ideology of satanists committing heinous crimes such as murder and violence towards others is just satanic panic. non-consensual cannibalism has no place in the church of Satan. to say this is okay, because of such a mainstreamed evil figure is okay. what is not okay is bring in a religion Dahmer had no correlation to, a religion that doesn't condemn his acts.
