I need more commitment on omegaverse stories

OKAY SO I love omegaverse with my soul, I think it's very hot BUT also very interesting in the way these dynamics would affect a society.

Quick explanation of traditional omegaverse: apart from the two biological sexes people also develop a subcategory, alpha,beta or omega (this varies depending on the author) Alphas are the sires,betas are normal humans and omegas are the ones getting pregnant. You can be a biological male and still be an omega (meaning you can get pregnant) and biological females can be alphas and be the one impregnating. And that is the appeal of omegaverse. Male pregnancy.

With that out the way we can start this little segment called : HOW WOULD IT WORK BIOLOGICALLY?, where we try to give logic to a illogical context. Male pregnancy before omegaverse was originated by a wincest fanfic was normally explained with the concept of Donceles (I don't know if this was worldwide or only a south American concept in fanfiction) Donceles were normal men who could get pregnant, they did not possessed female sexual organs but they did had wombs and could get pregnant either way. These are the ass babies. When omegaverse was popularized these kind of birth and conception followed, now,  nowadays there are more stories that have omegas with female reproductive system,but it is not that common, really.

The way these subgenres develop in individuals is also ,most times ,unclear,more similar to a lottery than a biological thing.

This last thing has always been in my mind, I like thinking about the physical anatomy these fictional individuals should have for the conception to actually work (give logical explanation to a fictional setting).

Now I am not a specialist of any kind, and the shit I will say about anatomy and biology can be wrong but bear with me:

All kids in this universe would have to be born unisex, or with an undeveloped reproductive system, because in my version of it omegas would have female parts regardless of their chromosomes, the genitals would be less defined than in reality,so that when they reach puberty it can develop in a semi realistic way.

Since omegas have wombs they would menstruated, their heats would still remain but it would be like ovulating.

But I believe the most interesting part would be the way the social dynamic would change.
