i've always been one to lead a group even if the rest are more competent and experienced on a subject. but i literally can't stand awkward silences and people who don't do any work. and when i speak once i'm the spokesman for the group from then on.
but sometimes, especially when it's a subject i actually like (in this case our theater piece), i actually have a hard time letting things go. my small group focus on producing and promoting our project. i have naturally landed in the leading role once again and is now in charge of designing posters, mostly posting on social media, taking pictures to said social media and speaking to the lighting designers. and i secretly love it since i like being in control in subjects that can go wrong if it falls into the wrong hands. (from my perspective, which is a little bit true tbh)
hope someone else can agree with what i've written, or if you'll give me a reality check.
