Siouxsie and the Banshees - The Scream (1978)

this album makes me feel like i'm trapped inside a horror movie. the ambience on this is something i didn't fully experience in other records before, it just puts you into a mood of idk like you're in the cemetery trying to wake up the dead or whatever. i personally love the song "suburban relapse", my fav from this album. this is the perfect halloween album, even if it's december right now ok :P

Javiera Mena - Esquemas Juveniles (2006)

what can i say, this is my entire childhood. i remember listening to these songs on the radio all day, dancing and singing with my mom. i have many happy memories from this album. and as i grew up i identified with the lyrics, which I can only describe as "this is literally me". you have love, sadness, melancholy, hope, and what it means to be young and lost in your head. i strongly recommend you listen to this, the melodies are beautiful.
