Well, I'm starting college soon. As of now, I only have two ear lobe piercings. I want more. Planning to get a belly button, helixes, conch, nose stud. Septum? Not yet sure.
The problem is... I want MORE. I want an anti-eyebrow, eyebrow, angel fangs, etc. right? But the college I want to go into is hella strict. I missed the opportunity to go apply at a bigger university. 💔.
So I'm mourning here for the lost opportunity to have epic piercings. And even if I get it in the summer, I doubt it's enough time for them to heal for me to switch from clear retainers.
Idk if I could get them after I graduate because I plan to work soon as possible. Maybe if I get a job somewhere chill, maybe I could. Who knows? 🥀

I do think you could easily get away with getting your belly button pierced right now (it's a pretty easy piercing to hide under a long enough shirt, so nobody has to even know it's there unless you're wearing a crop top or going shirtless).
Septums would be a big maybe, and that's really only if you have it pierced at a standard 16G and plan to wear jewelry where you can keep it flipped up as needed, as well as cartilage piercings if you have long enough hair to keep draped over your ears or if you really like wearing beanies.
Unfortunately, I don't think any other piercings you've mentioned will be so easy to hide. :(
