Today was an okay-ish day at school. Not bad, but not good more like the satisfaction of a "I made it!" kind of day.

Right now my science class is having this whole lesson about sexual orientations, LGBTQ+, and that kind of stuff. Which SUCKS as a person who's Sapphic because all my teachers talk about homosexuals like we're some sort of extinct species.

My school is not that homophobic, we have an equal amount of gay and straight students but still a lot of gay slurs and discrimination gets thrown around here and there. There's especially a group of guys who sit behind me who kept me who kept on making jokes about being gay during the whole lesson. I hate people like that for some reason, because they all sort of think being gay is a whole trend/joke even though it's something normal. Idk I feel like its the same thing as joking about being a different race and acting like that stereotype as a "joke".

Like my culture is not your costume 😭✌
