Need help with neocities !!

hii i have made a neocities !

it works fine on pc I THINK!!! but it does NOT work at all on mobile and if anyone could help me that would be nice

some images and the background also dont load unless you refresh the page and i would like to fix that if possible

LET ME KNOW IF THERES ANY MORE ISSUES I HAVENT MENTIONED !!!!! i would like to fix ANYTHING wrong with it
