To be honest idk How to name this. It's something my mom made yesterday and It was actually so good and simple.
Ingredients:
puff pastry
cinnamon
powdered sugar
butter/margerine
Prep:
1. Cut the puff pastry into strips
2. Wrap aluminium foil over a rolling pin
3. Wrap the puff pastry strips over the covered rolling pin.
4. Into the Oven!
5. I don't know the time but I guess about 10 minutes at 180°C
6. Once it's done pull it out the oven and coat it in butter
7. Roll it in the cinnamon powdered sugar mixture.
8. Enjoy!

Kind of yeah. I called it a schaumrolle without cream but there were literally no pictures anywhere
