This is just my opinion but I think Shonen written by women are better they have more complex characters and good development now im not saying shonen written by men are TRASH and the ones written by women are THE BEST there are good ones out there but really i love shonen written by women heres a list
 
1. Adachitoka (author of noragami)
2. Yoshitoki Oima (author of to your eternity and silent voice) 
3. Hiromu Arakawa (author of full metal alchemist) 
4. Akane Shimizu (author of cells at work) 
5. CLAMP (authors of tsubasa chronical) 
6. Shinobu Ohtaka (author of magi)
