Im not sure if these are websites that are popular already but maybe someone hasn't seen them!!

My favorite ones are from

Glitter Graphics: the community for graphics enthusiasts!

Has alot of gifs, dividers, online gifs and shit from the 2000's and early 2010's!!

GifCities Has a lot too, you just have to go out of your way to post them on a platform like pinterest/tumblr before you copy image link or else it won't work lol
