Question: Am I the only one who slowly get exhausted by modern Technology??

Alright, dont get me wrong some stuff are pretty cool but i dont get it. why do we need always the newst sh*t just to live in "peace". so like why?? we doom scroll everyday and forget how to really live our lifes and thats honestly really sad. im not saying that we should turn of all our stuff but we need to live in reality again. I buy soon an really old phone just for sms because i dont really need more honestly. 

but am i the only one who thinks like that??
