blogging to cope rn WE BALL
but honestly i never thought of just, letting my anxiety exist while i do the scary thing anyway instead of fighting it
on everything i love its much easier when i just let it sit there while i go about my business. i overall think more rationally and feel better about the situation, if anything, im not feeling myself overthink it like always!
i had also heard that anxiety and excitement are siblings :D that lowkey helped me so much!
those are the two things that helped me the past few days!
