One of Jane Austen’s most famous books, Pride and Prejudice, isn’t just a love story—it’s also a sharp take on class differences and social rules in 19th-century England. Through Elizabeth and Darcy’s relationship, it shows how first impressions can be misleading and how pride and prejudice can mess things up. Pride and Prejudice is a classic that perfectly mixes romance with social commentary. I was enchanted twice in a row when I both watched the movie and read the book.
Quick rec: You should totally check out the Chinese movie Reversed Destiny 2024. The story and cinematography are seriously amazing. Totally worth watching!

I just finished Reversed Destiny! It's so good, very sad :(
I probably missed a few deeper meanings tho, with the play for example.
im glad you enjoyed it. They go through the story so fast that we have to connect the pieces ourselves. Still, the way this movie makes you feel is just amazing
