Also drink hot stuff like hot tea maybe add to it lemon nd hot chocolate or hot milk with honey!

In my country my mom always does this thing she gives me a spoon of olive oil with a squeeze of lemon on top of it
Dont drink water after it directly nd try doin it once first thing in the morning nd another at night
