any goth artist(s) recommendations?

i want to listen to more gothic pieces, but I can't find anything good enough lol does anyone have any favs that i can listen to?

Echo And The Bunnymen and The Jesus And Mary Chain (I swear, it's not a Christian band) are two I recommend a lot. I'm still not sure if they're considered goth, but they're most commonly considered post-punk, from which goth evolved (plus, many goths apparently like them and both bands look pretty goth appearance-wise).

JAMC are the darker one of the two, also, they incorporate some noise rock into their music. Bunnymen have awesome instrumentals with strings and orchestra though, also, their singer, Ian McCulloch has one hell of a voice (or at least, had, he's pretty shite nowadays from what I've heard).

Also, I'd say a bit of an essential are Joy Division. Many goth bands list them as an influence and their songs do sound very dark and gloomy.
