I guess I have to put this up here because there are a lot of teenagers on here. I'm just letting everybody know in a year.I will be 40 years old. The whole batman thing is cool and funny.But I do not wish to be communicating with young children. In real life, i'm an ugly balding, fat dude.So don't let the batman persona fool you. I do love making people laugh.I think the batman thing cheers people up, but I thought I had to make a post and let everybody know I do not wish to talk to children.I am not interested.I'm just here to make friends and talk about the old days and music. But a lot of young kids have been adding me, and I thought I had to put this up there if you're young, please delete me block me.Do what you must.

Can I suggest that you add a note to your profile telling minors not to interact. Alot of adults do that so that we know not to add them. It’s helpful for us and better for you.
rarely works. i get requests from minors all the time and so do a lot of my adult friends who clearly state 18+ ONLY on their profiles, sometimes several times, in several places

Ok. That suggests that they either didn’t look at your profile or felt it somehow didn’t apply to them. I can only say that in my own case if I see “minors dni” I respect that as a boundary someone has set. I suppose that not all kids have the same level of respect that I have. I do send friend requests to adults but only if they have not expressed any desire for minors not to add them. There have been rare occasions when I’ve not looked as carefully as I should at a profile and missed seeing it. If I find I’ve done that,and the request is still pending, I simply cancel the request.

thats good! yeah, unfortunately a lot of people, not just kids, dont read profiles before sending a request. or they do, but dont respect boundaries, like you said. not a HUGE deal since you can just decline/block, but still annoying
