A cold flame
A fire cast a warm glow across the room, but I feel no heat.
It doesn't bother me, not at all!
I. Like. The. Cold.
I do, truly.
A solidified shadow, who usually keeps me company, blocks the heat
It's icy cold grip entering my flesh, once inside it clenches it's claws.
It doesn't bother me, not at all!
I don't try to sit up, I rub it's back gently.
Carefully, oh so carefully I do so.
It clenches tighter, as if scared I'd leave! Absurd little thing!
I don't mind, not at all!
It hugs me closer, blocking any radiance. But I don't mind, not at all!
I stay awake, awake all night as it claws inside.
Though really, I don't mind, not at all? Not... at... all.....All!
Always! I stay, stay together with this aquaintance of mine. Even during the day, but usually at night. Just like a shadoe it stays nearby,
but I don't mind, not at all!
Sometimes it consoles me, just as I did for it. How thoughtful!
Occasionally it leaves me alone. I don't like when it leaves me alone.
I don't like when it leaves me alone.
I have to pierce my insides
