I keep ruining everything

I keep doing it. I keep doing this awful thing that keeps fucking up my relationships with the people around me but I don't know how to stop it. It's something so strong in my head and I don't know what do about it. I wish I just never spoke to people sometimes, save both of us the trouble. I do not want to be around anymore, but I'm too scared for that
