my favorite garry's mod maps

GM_nightlight

gm_nightlight a map with a fictional town based off of real life low income american towns. for anyone that has grown up in those parts of american it's really gives u a very familiar vibe for me it does a lot. especially with the dollar tree, the cvs, the little stores. the brick suburban houses, the vapor lights, I'm barely doing this map justice with my description, to me it's like a piece of art, from the immersive soundscape of the map that also changes where u walk, dogs howling, planes, crickets etc. even the way the night is done is so good it's looks so realistic. and the map is freaking huge with tons of stuff easters eggs, some weird, some downright creepy. for me I think it's one of the most comforting maps along with best gmod map ever made.

Elevator source 

a fun randomized elevator map that that was actually the inspiration for the normal elevator from roblox that I grew up playing when I was little. I was glad found out this is what inspired it. I actually enjoy it a lot more than the normal elevator, it's pretty different, u can play with friends or singleplayer. npcs with random names join u in the elevator, it's got a ton of cool weird floors that make u go "what the hell just happened?" like the image below I don't even know to describe that lol. it's also got a great soundtrack that I really love.

GM_manhatten_mall v3

a cool mall map based on a real mall. it's got nice ambience with a lot of little nostalgic stores.

I really love this surge vending machine. surge if u don't know is a discontinued citrus lime soda made by coca cola from the 90/early 2000s to rival mtn dew. I actually got to try it from ebay it was pretty good, I still have the cans.

a nice little halloween map looks to be set in a new england suburb, or maybe even a new york suburb? either way I like it, feels really cozy
