Today is how to lose weight. But first remember, Don't starve yourself it only make your health is bad.
1. Limit your fast food intake.
Fastfoods have a lot of bad things what make you faster getting fat, but if you limit fastfood, like you eat it only one time in months or just like uh never? Then you gonna be more healt and not that fat
2. Exercise a lot
If you exercise a lot, then you gonna be fast lose your weight and you will be more healthy. But remember you can just eat Smaller and healthy portions. Like one salad, and others

really helpful i am doing that with limited meals and focusing not eating at night and drink more water and btw stress and mental health can really effect you on losing weight
