I may have talked to some weird entity today

Today I woke up in the early morning with the sight of a weird white alien thing besides my bed, their head was very big and their face lacked of humanistic features, with one void eye and an also void mouth. I did not questioned it and proceeded to have a conversation with it for I don’t know how much time, I was feeling a very calm and familiar sensation and I could also feel like if that was a friend of mine. Time passed, I went to the bathroom and it disappeared, I was disappointed because of it.

I don’t remember what was the conversation about or anything I said

It may just have been me hallucinating stuff (since I have before), it might have been a very realistic dream or I don’t know but it is not the first time I have woken up seeing weird creatures and don’t question it.
