My blinkies/stamps aren't working

I dunno why but any time that I try to add a blinkie/stamp in my profile it doesn't show up! They all used to work but they started disapperaing so I took them off my profile and now everytime I try to add any stamps/blinkies MOST of them are always gone! :(

Anyone know whats causing this issues and how I can fix it?
