HOW DO I ADD CUSTOM CURSORS!!!

IM GOING CRAZY BECAUSE I CAN'T ADD A CUSTOM CURSOR, LIEK I WANT TO MAKE MY OWN CURSOR YK?? If someone knows how to do it, PLSSS!!!! I beg you, text me somewhere and tell me how to do it!! :((
