I played Persona 3; it's not that long, but it took me a whole year to complete and almost 200 hours of gameplay. It's one of the best games I've ever played.

Probably Fallout 4 or Skyrim, I know I've put over 100 hours into Fallout 4, and 200 hours into a single playthrough of Skyrim. However I've replayed MW2, Jak 2, and Sly 3 dozens of times.
If you like Persona you might like Tokyo Xanadu, I've really been enjoying it =)
I didn't know that game, it looks good. I'm going to play it.
