Five nights at Freddys 2 Movie Spoiler thoughts and review

Hello everybody! I saw the movie on opening day and these are some random and scattered thoughts i wrote before and after i watched it. The before thoughts are just random ideas and predictions i thought about the movie before it came out. 
General thoughts right now 
I am back into panicking abouts weather its good or not becouse of how much hate it is getting. The first one did get a lot of hate aswell and my conclusion is that i think its about a 6 or 5 i think its charming and fun and i do like what they did with it. It was also the magic of finally getting a fnaf movie after waiting for like 10 years so it was a very different vibe. But now i felt for the longest time that i wasent super hyped about the 2 movie since i was pretty satesfied with the first one and already having afnaf movie. But i was always going to watch it. 
This one is way more chaotic and have such a different vibe. I love some scenes but can understand why it was hated and do have some wishes and things it could have done differently. But the animatronics still look amazing. Which is great. 

Before the movie Thoughts (Spoiler free) 

Opinions on fnaf 2 before seeing it. 
So far i heard mixed thoughts. But i am fearly nervous and unsure what to think. I also bearly know what the movie is about as i havent checked any trailers exept for like one. D
I do love how the animatronics looked. I know i said that for the first one but time has gone by and i do reckognise that they look even better in this verision. I am stil bugged about the weird eyes but they do look better here. The qualety is so high on both the withers and the toys which i do love how they look. My main worry is how they are going to do the voice acting for the toys. For me its both really fun and cringe at the same time and can be a turn off for a lot of people as it makes the movie feel more cartoony and comical. So i am worried about the reception there and how cringe it will be to hear the toys talk about how they are goin go kill you or whatever. Like it works well in fan stuff and animations and comics but it dosent work nearly as well in an actual horror movie. I am also worried about it having a potential fight with the withers nd the toys as it was a common trope in fnaf 2 fan stuff back in the day so that would be super weird to see but i have no idea if it will happen. 
I dont worry about the cast i think they will do fine. I love them and they afre very fun people and getting matpat and Kellen goth on makes a lot of scense and is very genious imo. 
I am worried about the runtime as i fear that it will be too much. I am worried about the pacing being like the minecraft movie or even sonic 3. WHere it will start off right away and moove too quickly. I already heard people complaina bout it being too chaotic. I also know that critics and fans are going to fight about it and i am mainly worried that peoples general idea of the movie is that its going to be worse than  the first one and feel like a mess.

William afton and henry 
Now i am exited to see what they do here and we will defenetly see an influx of Henry x william shippers as if it wasent shipped enough by the fandom. I am exited to see how they do the backstory and what they do with it. I hope they give william more screen time this time around and show alot of backstory and make it an emotional core of the movie. And see what they do with Henry and him possibly being a good guy or  morally gray. I just hope they make it interesting. 
I watched Dawkos tour video of the pizzeria and it did give away some stuff that will be in the movie. I am the most exited about there being a water ride in the pizzeria. Thats something i havent seen in any recreations of the fnaf 2 layout by fans. So its a really cool original idea. (also where are the party rooms?) I know it wont happen but i do wish for it to be as scary as a battingtton video. It does remind me of that video with the amazing fnaf 3 darkride attraction he made. Which was actually really intense and scary and well made. And i wish the movies hit like that but they dont. 
I do have some ideas on what will happen in the movie based off the one trailer i seen and the things they can do with the set they have. I am hoping for each toy to get achance to really shine. I doubt i will be scared but i hope to have a good time and enjoy the movie and it wont be to harshly judged and hated online. I also hope to get a popcorn bucket or something from the theatre. I do have a pretty decent seat and i found a screening in the largest theatre and the same one i saw the firts movie in. So i am expecting the screening to be the same as last year and not too rowdy but still a hyped crowd. And i am also hoping that the popcorn buckets or any thing is sold out before i show up. 
But yeah i still feel an electric exitment and nervousness in my body. I hope the movie will be decent and i will have a good time.

After movie thoughts SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE!!! 

OMHGFGG IT JUST ENDED LIKE THAT? 
That was a crazy ending! There was alot going on but i thought they spaced out all of it fearly well. I did get the popcorn bucket. But the main freddy head that that i really wanted was sold out. (mind you i live in Sweden so i was suprised and happy that they even had popcorn buckets at all so i just had to get one. Its a smaller toy freddy and it still lights up which is pretty cool. It was really expensive and costed more than the ticket lol) I did have a rowdfyy screening and  alot of people yelling at all the hype moments and references. (i spotted a popgoes arcade in the beginning of the film and screamed POPGOESQ!!! not my proudest moment) And i had some basic guys next to me and some girls talking gossip the entire time on my right. But otherwise it was really fun. Lots of people in masks and costume and even a springtrap cosplayer tyhat got tons of attention and pics from everybody that i saw before at a convention earleier this year. But it was still cool. 
But yeah the movie was good i was suprised to see the amount of focus on puppet bugt it does make sense also stupid me thouvght the robotics teacher was henry bc i forgot bwhat henry looked like. Also i loved Henry and omg MIcheal!!! They did such a good job with him and i didnet expect him to be in the movies. But i love his inclusion and how creepy he is. I am expecting to give him mabye somewhat of a redemtion arc since he wa s aq villian in this suprisingly. But i did really like him and how weird he was. And yes my theatre cheered when he said his name lol. I loved the nightmare sequences they did with william and the development they gavbe vanessa and charlie, I did figure out that they where going to show charies death in the beginning but i am suprised on how different it was and that she wasent lured away.
I do like her motivation but i think they should have made her more protective of the robots but that might happen in the 3 film or her giving kids life becouse she saved that kid in the start. So i was suprised they gave her more of an evil arc. 
Also BABY!!! I mean it makes sense for her to appear in williams office around fnaf 2 era but it was still such a suprise! I am glad i dident get spoiled on becouse iwas genuenly chocked. I was abit sad that i got to see the pizzeria before becouse the boat ride would have suprised me. I also love the scene with the guy dying from the puppets in the water that was halerious and stupid. 
I also was intriged that they focused way more on Toy chica than the others But i thought them talking was fine as it wasent over the top and it worked for me. ANd they dident have to meany lines either so uit was fine. Me and my theatre where waiting for them to speak and i was like "they are edging us lol" But toy freddie had a suprisingly deep voice shoutout kellen! Also matpat had a higher voice than i expected! But i love how good they look and the withers where amazing and seeing the og gang at the end was really nice. And they where lowkey freed? They also cleered that the toys werent possesed but controlled by puppet which is nice. BUt suprising that Puppet dosent watch over the kids? And there not being a reference to give gift give life. But she did say one of her lines from ucn which was nice to hear. I liked that they cleared that the witheres where prototypes but i do wish they got more screentime. Micheal was awesome Baby easter egg was great She looks perfect. The fnaf 2 gameplay scene was cool and so was the Vanessa nightmare sequence. I also agreed that they should have done more with fazfest and left the movie at a weird point.  
Also springtrap post credit nice nod to the game and the fnaf 3 movie might be a fusion between fnaf 3 and sister location with the tease of Micheal and Baby and might clear more things up about the timeline and feature more of William afton which would be nice. 
I do agree that the script was really messy some scenes felt boring and slow and others felt way too fast and it felt quite messy and all over the place. I think its fine my stomech feel is around a 5-6 which is what i eventually gave the second one. I really wanted it to be better but it was just fine. It did have hype and cool moments and some character stuff i like. But it did feel unsatesfying especially the end and it should have been longer and i really did expect a henry and william flashback and they gave us nothing. It was alright and i do get how some people are super in love with it. I do like it i just wish it was more self contained and not have such a weird end.

Final notes 

This was way longer than i thought it would be lol. Thank you if you somehow read all of it but nobody has to lol. I just wanted to get my unfiltered thoughts out so its quite messy as i dont feel like editing it. Suprising how this is my biggest blog yet. I dont hate it i think its alright and does have some really great moments. I will see what i think and feel as the time goes on.
