living alone

i've been living alone for the past 3 weeks-ish because my family went on vacation (i have a very different holiday schedule from my siblings, so at this time i'm still in school but my siblings have their holidays!)

it's been really nice, since i don't get yelled at by my older sibling anymore, and i can do the house chores at my own time and pace (usually my mom and my older sibling are very strict about when we do the chores, and i hate following their routine)

i'm just a little paranoid sometimes at night. my house isn't big but idk it's just a littleeee scary sometimes alone.

but overall, i like being home alone. i can play my music and podcasts and youtube videos as loudly as i want, i can walk around naked (lol), i can shower with the door open (i get paranoid in enclosed areas hehe), i can cook whatever i want at whatever time!

they're coming back next weekend though.

i hope they bought me the stuff i asked for. i asked for some purple, black, and clear mascara, and some maybelline fit me powder! 

also, my exams start and end next week ! (starts on tuesday, ends on friday)

on friday, i have a meeting with some of the other main committee members regarding the freshmen orientation for the incoming freshmen next year! my club's planning it for our school :3 i plan to go to a nearby mall to get some wingstop with a friend frist right after the exam, and then i'll attend the meeting (it's at night if i'm not wrong)

after that, once i get back home, i might go to the cinema to watch a movie if i happen to find anything interesting playing at night :3

on saturday, i need to clean up the entire house before my family comes back on saturday night ! :c i'll probably spend almost the entire day doing that

i have a 2 week vacation after my exams end, but i also have a lot of group assignments and main committee tasks to complete, so it'll hardly be a vacation for me. it's fine, at least i'll have fun ???

on new year's eve, i might be getting some hotpot with a group of friends i haven't seen in a while. we're not really sure yet if we'll do it, but if we don't end up getting hotpot, i'll get wingstop and watch the fireworks (idk if my mom will let me go to the central city area to watch the new year celebration myself at night, but we'll see)

if she won't i think they'll stream it on the local news channel, so i can just watch it in my room and eat the wingstop LOL

i try to only get wingstop once a month because i really enjoy itt and i want it to be a sort of treat instead of something i get regularly! then i feel happy about the reward.

next year will be tough ! i'll be starting year 3 in april next year, and i'm so anxious. we had to reserve our spot for an internship placement, and i tried for cardiotech. i hope i get in. if i do, i'll be having my internship at a heart centre!

i'm really excited for my vacation even though it's only 2 weeks long (not even a full 2 weeks if im not wrong lol). i wanna go thrifting, so hopefully i find some free time to spend a whole full day thrifting if i'm able to. i want to thrift at this one store which donates any money they get to an organisation that supports women that were vicitms of domestic abuse, which is really nice. i hope i'm able to find some stuff i like there so that the money can go to them!
