So I’ve been trying to loose weight. I’m like 155 and 5’6 height. Everyone tells me I don’t look fat but I feel it. Do you get what I mean? But it’s really hard the food noise is always there. Idk maybe I’m crazy lol

Eat more rice and ground beef. Good for protein and it'll keep you full. And as for snacking eat grapes itll make you full. Try running more and if you really want to maximize lift weights! It'll tone your body.
Is fried rice a good substitution? I don’t like the white rice and I will try to eat more ground beef. And as for like walking or running I’m not in the safest neighborhood so I would probably have to by a portable treadmill.

Fried rice has more calories since its fried.. But if you keep it to a minimum you'll be fine! And if you can't run i recommend doing burpees for cardio!
