Weight loss

I need to fr lock in and clock in

I got sick a few like 2 weeks ago (maybe a lil longer) and now I’m fully better

But while I was sick I was eating like nothing bc’s of nausea and a change in my taste buds and I got down to like 66kg (I’m 5’6/7) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Currently I’m at 69-ish kg (my usual weight) and duuuuuude I looked fireeeeeee while I was at 66kg

I always new I would look more attractive if I lost a bit of chub but I looked like a completely different person

Apparently rn im at a healthy weight (not over or under) and my goal weight of 65kg is still completely healthy for my age and height

I’m just writing this as kind of a public diary to keep me accountable since I use this site like daily

I’m not tryna fall down an ED rabbit hole or anything so if u have any advice or literally Anything that might help I’d appreciate it!
