Battle Royale (movie review/personal opinion)

I had spent MONTHS wanting to watch this movie. 

I'm into horror films and like some extreme horror as well. If you know this genre of movies, you know that Battle Royale is always on those "distrubing movies icebergs". So, last monday I finally had the chance to watch it. 

Its really enjoyable, its not as violent as I thought at the beginning, some scenes are even a little bit funny. Talking 'bout funny, the first hakf an hour of the film has some dark humour that I really enjoyed. Its clearly a horror film, but it has some action as well, the pace never goes down, not for a second, so its an easy watch. The plot (if you havent heard about it) is about a ninth grade class that has been choose randomly to figth to death on a desserted island by the Japanese goverment.

As I said, there is a lot of action in this movie as well as tension. The death scenes are not that grafic, so almost anyone can enjoy this film (except for one scene amongst a group of girls, but it kinda resembles the final shooting scene in Scarface)

Basically, I really liked this movie, it has some cool death scenes and a good pace. I recomend it to anyone looking for an entertaining horror/ action movie.
