i always get confused on what's the difference between scene and scenecore, because i take a look at some scene vs scenecore and they're always contradicting themselves. so what's the real difference that's not biased. thx in advance

Scene is the original style without all the things that people add up *randomly* and call it "Scene" it's not.
Scene is basically a mixed style between emo rave and goth, It's colorful yet dark in it's own way, It's the Original content and it pretty much has it's own section
Scenecore is basically the renewed version of Scene (it sucks) they basically add anything nostalgic in their mind to the subculture and call it "Scenecore" just because it matches either the Overall Vibe or the Aesthetic colours and so on, it's not Actually Scene at all and it's not really considered Scene so they decided to call it Scenecore as it's just a parallel to the original 2000's one which is really not valid imo, it can be rather called "Nostalgiacore" but that sounds far more sad so yeah that's why they went with scenecore.
Those are MAIN differences, it's not really easy to separate between the both sadly, but Scene>>Scenecore.

Excuse me I don't think I'm mad about anyone dressing the way they want? I'm just saying that people that follow Scenecore rather than the original subculture don't actually know what they are doing, and for those who do know and still call themselves part of the subculture aren't really a part of it, the whole point of the blog was about the difference between Scene and Scenecore
