Playing FFX

I have been slowly working on playing through FFX. I played waaay back in the day when I was in highschool but never beat it. I got to Zanarkand and that was that lol. Right now I am stuck on a boss fight with Seymour on Mt Gagazet. I am currently level grinding. I know I beat it once but remember struggling back then too. Any tips on this fight?
