I'm not sleeping enough. My prozac isn't working (this might be related to my cycle). My undiagnosed adhd feels like it's out of control, I can't sit still and all I want to do is talk.
I'm so glad today is the last day of the week for me.
I've been wearing a fitbit for years, I'm gonna have to do an analysis on the sleep data. The scores are higher even though I've got about an hour less than nomal. I noticed this last time, but I'm not feeling as refreshed as maybe the score indicates this time.
I'm so tired.
