How the fudge are people at work juggling their work and graduate degrees AT THE SAME TIIIIME??? WTFFFFFF

Seriously, how the actual fk am I supposed to earn a higher degree if work at entry level is already draining the life out of me. I remember back in college, all the tasks I had to do got me 🌈🪦murdered🪦🌈 with sleep deprivation. I know my work offers study leave, but A FEW MONTHS IS NOT ENOUGH!! Do they really expect you to remain productive at work when you have to hammer your brain with scientific and technical journals at night? I've never tried it before so I'm not really sure if that's how it works but godmuthafrickingdamn I am about to vomit out my soul.

Is anyone else in SpaceHey doing their masters/doctorate while working? Can you give inexperienced goblins like me some tips? I'm thinking of doing distance university some day, but definitely not within the near future. WOULD IT EVEN BE WORTH IT???
