day 5 phone detox/diary post

After my awful day yesterday today was pretty good! I got a new bag and I spent the day cleaning it cuz it was second hand and I packed it with my purse supplies and art stuff!

I did a little bit of cleaning that I didnt do yesterday, I dont think im gunna eat dinner 2day im kinda just not hungry :P tomorrow I might go grocery shop and maybe go paint in the park with my watercolors

Yesterday I was on my phone ALOT because I didnt have the energy to do anything but play in bed and sleep and times like this I really wish I just had a flip phone to cut out the temptation entirely but idk I still kinda feel like I should just be more disciplined. I still kinda want a mp3 player cuz its kinda annoying when my phone pauses my music from notifs or like water being on the screen.
